Job Description
Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Bursa Plants.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an HRS Project Support and Process Improvement Smart Start.
Your contribution to something big:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyse and improve HR processes
- Assist in identifying and evaluating digital tools and technologies for HR optimization
- Support on initiating developing and improving HR processes with different global and local projects
- Support to enhance user experience within HR systems and/or processes while ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Faculty of Engineering Information Technology or a related field
Ability to work min 3 days/week in Bursa
3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master students in related fields
Very good verbal and written English communication skills
Advanced MS Office PowerBI knowledge
Strong analytical technical and creative problem solving skills
A good team player and high collaborative approach
Strong interest in HR technology and process improvement
Good communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
