In a newly created position we are seeking an Accounting Assistant and Office Manager (M/F) to support this expansion. This is a fulltime permanent role based in Monaco offering exceptional working conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Accounting Assistant and Office Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial and Accounting Management: Data entry bank reconciliations and processing payments.
- General Services Management: Overseeing telephony supplies maintenance and coordinating with external providers (property management translators IT).
- Financial Flow Management: like managing escrow accounts and ensuring transaction compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading projects to optimize internal processes for greater service efficiency.
- Human Resources Support: Assisting with contract administration leave management and payroll in collaboration with the legal team.
- Reporting: Creating and tracking dashboards to monitor expenses and fees with precision and automation.
Supporting the entire team you will be the operational backbone of the firm. In this capacity you will play the role of operational facilitator of daily activity on administrative dimensions (archiving collection and entry of time for invoicing) accounting and you will also be able to organize events (Christmas party for example).

PROFILE
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience and a strong sense of responsibility. You might be the right candidate if you have:
- A degree in accounting or a business school diploma.
- At least 5 years of stable experience in a similar role ideally in a backoffice environment with accounting and financial management responsibilities.
- Prior experience as an accounting assistant financial controller or executive assistant in a demanding environment.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) and the ability to work in an international setting.
- Knowledge of the excellence standards of law firms: discretion diplomacy and rigor are your watchwords.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work with experience managing multiple bank accounts.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with various software tools.
- Residence near Monaco.
Recruitment Process:
- First interview with a partner lawyer and a colleague.
- Second interview with two other team members (partner and/or employee).
This will allow you to meet four of your future colleagues beforehand.

CONDITIONS
- Salary between 4500 and 5000 euros net per month
- 13thmonth bonus
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (169 hours per month)

- Brandnew offices 15 minutes from the SNCF train station
- Occasional possibility of teleworking
- Office closed between Christmas and New Year
