The Head of Culinary is responsible for the culinary operations across all campuses.
Their main purpose is to represent IHS amongst the national and international culinary networks associations and institutions. Build industry partnerships with corporate clients. Manage the execution and roll out of the culinary programmes.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years industry experience.
- Hospitality industry experience essential.
- Understanding of the academic sector experience in education / training beneficial
- Strong finance background
- Solid understanding of operations kitchens recipes sop s and stock control
- Strong admin focus comfortable with using new and evolving technology
