Job Description

Reporting Structure: This position oversees 6 direct reports.

Reports To: CPMO

In the role of Head of B2B Sales you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth increasing market share and maximizing profitability within our wholesale division. This strategic area focuses on our partnerships with client stockists and corporate entities. Your leadership will steer the sales team establish ambitious targets and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Vision:

  • Collaborate with the Executive team to formulate a comprehensive business development vision strategy plans and processes aimed at driving sales growth boosting revenue expanding markets and achieving financial goals.
  • Act as the brand custodian.
  • Implement business targets.
  • Maintain and enhance the sales function.
  • Hold partners accountable for brand representation including visual merchandising in stockists while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Product Strategy:

  • Conceptualize and provide input for a curated product range tailored for stockists and corporates within this division.

Market Research and Expansion:

  • Identify and assess new markets partners channels and customer segments.
  • Maintain a broad network of contacts to stay updated on current and emerging industry trends and market activities.
  • Analyze the business landscape competitors and customer needs to generate innovative ideas for new products services pricing and business models.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with marketing sales product development and other stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Team Management:

  • Establish clear sales targets and KPIs for the team ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and develop the team to ensure the achievement of business KPIs.

Reporting:

  • Conduct quarterly sales reviews and report findings back to the business.
  • Ensure the completion of weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports for each region.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Proven success in sales leadership business development and market expansion.
  • Experience in the wholesale industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
  • Visionary leadership with the capacity to define and implement a strategic vision for sales growth.
