Job Description
The Delivery and Collections Support Staff at Ello Technology is integral to the companys logistics and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing all deliveries and collections from customers and suppliers ensuring vehicle maintenance and servicing and overseeing thirdparty warranties. This position is pivotal in maintaining operational continuity adhering to SLA time frames and contributing significantly to customer retention and satisfaction.
