Job Title: Head of Programmes
Location: Lagos Nigeria
Reports to: Head of the Experience Centre
Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Programmes to oversee the design development and execution of all programmes at the Experience Centre. This role will focus on ensuring that the Centre s accelerators incubators and other initiatives are worldclass and meet the needs of our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in managing highimpact programmes in the tech and innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead all Experience Centre programmes including accelerators and incubators.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships and Marketing to attract businesses andpartners for the Centre s programmes.
Ensure all programmes are aligned with international standards and deliver impactful resultsfor participants.
Workclosely with the Head of Technology and Innovation to integrate cuttingedgetechnology into all programmes.
Continuously assess and improve programme offerings to meet evolving industry needs
Requirements
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in programme management ideally within a tech or innovation environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the tech ecosystem both locally and internationally.
Qualifications:
Academic: Bachelor s degree in Business Management Technology or a related field. A master s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
Professional: Certifications in Project Management (PMP PRINCE2) Programme Management or Agile Methodologies. A proven track record in successfully managing complex programmes within the tech or innovation ecosystem is essential

Remuneration: 30m annual net
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user adoption and customer satisfaction. Experience with data management and data governance best practices. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning development is a plus. Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica is a plus.
