- As an Associate Agency Development Manager (ADM) you will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of the agency distribution network for the insurance company.
- This role focuses on recruiting training and managing insurance agents and agency partners while driving sales performance and ensuring the delivery of quality service to clients.
- You will work closely with the Agency Development Manager and other leadership to implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the agency channel.
Requirements
Agency Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in identifying and recruiting potential agents and agency partners.
- Support the onboarding process ensuring all necessary documentation training and certifications are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective agents and partners.
Training & Development:
- Conduct training programs for new agents and ensure ongoing skill development for existing agents.
- Provide guidance on product knowledge sales techniques compliance and company policies.
- Support agents in achieving their professional certifications if required.
Sales Support & Performance Monitoring:
- Support agents in achieving sales targets and business objectives by providing tools resources and advice.
- Monitor the sales performance of agents and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of incentive and motivation programs for agents.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with agents to ensure longterm business success.
- Act as a point of contact for agents addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster an environment of collaboration driving mutual success for both agents and the company.
Business Development:
- Assist in formulating and executing business development strategies to grow the agency network.
- Support agents in generating new leads and expanding their client base.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance agency performance.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure agents adhere to regulatory requirements company policies and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment sales and training progress to the Agency Development Manager.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Gather market intelligence on competitors industry trends and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
- Assist in organizing promotional events roadshows and seminars to build brand presence and attract new agents.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing product development and claims to align agency efforts with company goals.
- Contribute to crossfunctional projects to improve overall business performance.
