Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and manage the company s annual and seasonal budget plans and business performance targets.Ph t tri n v qu n l k ho ch ng n s ch h ng n m v theo m a c ng c c m c ti u hi u su t kinh doanh c a c ng ty.
- Monitor assess and forecast budget execution and business results on a monthly quarterly seasonal and annual basis.Theo d i nh gi v d b o vi c th c hi n ng n s ch v k t qu kinh doanh theo th ng qu m a v v n m.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales policies and budget utilization postimplementation.nh gi hi u qu c a c c ch nh s ch b n h ng v vi c s d ng ng n s ch sau khi tri n khai.
- Conduct financial analysis through monthly quarterly seasonal and annual reports.Ti n h nh ph n t ch t i ch nh th ng qua c c b o c o h ng th ng h ng qu theo m a v h ng n m.
2. Management Accounting:

- Establish and organize the accounting framework including organizational structure staffing plans and workflow processes.Thi t l p v t ch c khung k to n bao g m c c u t ch c k ho ch nh n s v quy tr nh l m vi c.
- Oversee and monitor all financial transactions including revenue and expenses receivables and payables assets and capital. Identify and prevent any activities that violate legal or financial regulations.Gi m s t v theo d i t t c c c giao d ch t i ch nh bao g m doanh thu v chi ph c c kho n ph i thu v ph i tr t i s n v v n. - Prepare financial and management reports for the Executive Board to facilitate timely decisionmaking.Chu n b c c b o c o t i ch nh v qu n tr cho Ban Gi m c nh m h tr quy t nh k p th i.
3. Tax Accounting:

- Coordinate and oversee tax accounting activities.Ph i h p v gi m s t c c ho t ng k to n thu .
- Review data documentation and reports prepared by staff in the tax ledger.Ki m tra d li u t i li u v b o c o do nh n vi n chu n b trong s thu .
- Liaise with tax authorities to address any arising issues.Li n h v i c quan thu gi i quy t c c v n ph t sinh.
4. Other Duties as Assigned by Management:

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant role.C t nh t 5 n m kinh nghi m v tr K to n tr ng.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment particularly in the food industry is preferred.u ti n ng vi n c kinh nghi m l m vi c trong m i tr ng s n xu t c bi t l trong ng nh th c ph m.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance or Corporate Accounting.T t nghi p i h c tr l n chuy n ng nh T i ch nh ho c K to n doanh nghi p.
- Certified Chief Accountant credentials.C ch ng ch K to n tr ng.
- Proficiency in accounting software MS Word Excel and AMIS.Th nh th o ph n m m k to n MS Word Excel v AMIS.
- Strong reporting planning and target management skills.C k n ng l p b o c o l p k ho ch v qu n l m c ti u t t.
- Expertise in building systems policies and workflow procedures.Chuy n m n trong vi c x y d ng h th ng ch nh s ch v quy tr nh l m vi c.
