Our client a topnotch technology company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Financial Planning and Forecasting
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the corporations business plan.
Develop periodic financial forecasting models analyzing cash flow profitability and financial risks.
Adapt financial plans to optimize resources and ensure the achievement of business goals.
Capital Management and Fundraising
Oversee and approve the capital requirements of member companies.
Develop and implement strategies for raising capital from investment funds IPOs M&A or other financial sources.
Manage financial risks and optimize the corporations capital structure to ensure sustainable growth.
Budget Control & Cash Flow Management
Oversee the budgeting and disbursement planning of the corporation.
Approve budgets according to established procedures ensuring efficient use of capital.
Propose cost control measures and alerts for indications of exceeding the budget.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Evaluate the corporations financial performance through key financial indicators.
Provide periodic financial reports and offer strategic recommendations based on financial data.
Ensure that financial activities comply with current legal regulations.
Leading and Developing the Finance Team
Manage train and develop the finance and accounting team enhancing their professional skills.
Build a professional transparent and effective work culture within the finance department.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance including at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent position at technology corporations tech startups or fintech companies.
Experienced in raising capital from investment funds IPOs or M&A in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of corporate financial management financial risk and cash flow optimization.
Excellent communication negotiation and investor/strategic partner relationship management skills.
Leadership skills strategic thinking and outstanding financial analysis abilities.
