Job Description
- Involve in VAS reporting. US GAAP VAS reconciliation
- Managing for monthly/ quarterly/ annual VAT. CIT. FCT Reports (declarations and/ or finalization) and their reconciliation with companys accounting system ensuring compliance with local Laws/ legislations as well as companys policies/ procedures
- Assisting in all tax related issues including Tax Reconciliation/Audit/ Inspection. if any internally and externally.
- Managing all tax refunds
- Managing the monthly tax journal entry closing and other general ledger accounts when needed.
- Ensure all changing/ new tax regulations and updates are well informed to the management and relevant departments and applied accordingly
- Ensure good practices & controls are recommended and implemented to minimize tax risk exposures for the Company. to ensure robust tax position in accordance with tax law changes as wet as business growth.
- Provide tax guidance to related departments to ensure companys business practices stay compliant with local applicable regulatory requirements
- Involving in quarterly tax schedules
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Finance & Accounting
- At least 05 years of experience in tax field understand very well Vietnam tax regulations and Vietnamese Accounting Standards
- Good communication and presentation skills relationship building
- Rave scientifically and effectively both independence or teamworking
- Ability to identify analyze and assess risks
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced MS Excel PowerPort and Word
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Able to traveling frequently
