Job Description
As a Senior Media Strategist you ll lead the charge in crafting innovative media strategies working closely with sales teams to present winning proposals. You ll own key accounts guiding your clients toward success while mentoring junior team members to ensure the team stays at the cutting edge of media trends.

Key Responsibilities Shaping Strategy Every Day
- Lead the strategic planning process utilizing expertise in publisher and client products to create innovative media strategies tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive measurement plans to assess media performance and optimize strategies based on client objectives.
- Present complex media strategies and recommendations to clients partners and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
- Create highquality presentations on the latest media trends best practices and industry developments for clients and training sessions.
- Mentor and train junior media strategists providing guidance on proposal submissions and fostering their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in media planning processes through automation and innovative solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed The Right Blend of Creativity and Analytics
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising or Media (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in media planning and strategy with a strong focus on digital media.
- Proven background in brand and communications strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a blend of analytical and creative approaches.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to convey complex ideas persuasively.
- Indepth knowledge of leveraging media to achieve marketing goals.
- Familiarity with branding and direct response campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with media research tools such as comScore Media Metrix Nielsen Facebook IQ eMarketer etc.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Positive cando attitude with a willingness to support team members.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint Keynote and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
