Job Description
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative who is fluent in both Italian(Native or fluent) and English to join our team in Thessaloniki. This onsite position requires a strong sales background to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role is required.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
