Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos etc.) in Ukrainian and English ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content in accordance with internal policies.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of evolving content guidelines and regulations.
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift system including approximately 3 night shifts per month.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and maintain content accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Ukrainian speaker with good written and verbal communication in English.
- Availability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 shift rotation including some night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make prompt and accurate decisions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related role is a plus but not required.
