Your Role as a Customer Service Agent:
Provide support to our customers via phone and email in Norwegian and English
Be the goto contact for customers and ensure they get the right info
Build meaningful connections and respond to customer questions in a friendly polite and professional way
Follow guidelines from management and provide valuable feedback
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Norwegian fluency (minimum C1 level) spoken and written
Intermediate English skills (minimum B2 level) spoken and written
Strong communication skills including great phone manners listening abilities and written clarity
A passion for learning and growth curiosity and a knack for problemsolving
An interest in living and working in beautiful Greece
