Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements especially IVR systems.
Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs functional specs and process flows.
