Manage lead and motivate the Enterprise Sales team (currently comprising 7 team members)
Guide the team on day to day account strategy while coaching towards monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Manage against activity and performance KPIs
Elevate client conversations and engage Executives/decision makers by serving as a resource to the team as needed
Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize sales processes and tools
Partner with the VP Global Sales to develop and implement long term growth strategy
Experience you will need:
5 7 years of direct sales experience within the Production/Agency/Brand industries you know how to speak their language and you know about tech media and digital trends
1 2 years of people management experience as a Manager or Player/Coach
Knowledge of the stock content industry including licensing terms is a plus but not required
Track record of exceeding revenue targets
A high level of energy and enthusiasm
Ability to multi task and stay organized
Ability to quickly adapt to changing global environment
You are resourceful and tenacious with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions on short and long term strategy
Exceptional communication skills with strong powers of persuasion
BA degree is preferred but not required
