Dream Nannies is seeking a proactive and experienced LiveOut Nanny Manager for a warm and active family in Decatur. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a home where both parents work remotely and must bring a calm mature demeanor coupled with a great sense of humor. This role is perfect for a nanny who loves outdoor activities enjoys taking children to parks and playgrounds within walking distance and can help with potty training reinforcing good manners and preparing healthy snacks. Over time the family would love for the nanny to take their child to local attractions like the zoo aquarium and botanical gardens.
Daily responsibilities include putting the child down for naps running household errands family laundry light housekeeping (such as unloading the dishwasher wiping counters and picking up toys) and ensuring the floors are kept clean (moms pet peeve!). The nanny will also organize the playroom and child s bedroom encourage the child to help with cleaning open and break down Amazon packages and keep the diaper station stocked. Meal prep and cooking will be a collaborative effort with dad who will handle pickup duties daily. This role is ideal for a highly organized communicative nanny who thrives in a dynamic home environment and is passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for the child.
