Senior Product Owner - Live Games fmx

About the role

As a Product Owner you are responsible for the performance of one or several live running products. You are crafting product strategies & roadmaps and own continuous optimization of KPIs. You motivate and lead the game team for your envisioned product goals.

The perfect candidate would have a strong business sense be data minded have game design knowledge able to assess market trends and have strong leadership skills as well as having experience working on f2p strategy games. Making decisions based on KPI data and expert opinions from various departments would be a common topic.

• Ensure that the product (cross platform strategy game) meets expectations and business impact.
  
• Guide development progress to meet stakeholder interests.
  
• Be accountable for the delivery in time quality and budget.
  
• Create and manage a product vision and work closely with management to align with the long term company / portfolio goals.
  
• Lead and inspire your team to embrace the product vision and work collaboratively toward achieving the companys objectives
  
• Plan features and roadmaps to target key areas of liveops KPIs based on analysis assessments.
  
• Create refine and document business requirements and user stories to ensure the product teams make continuous progress on the most important features.
  
• Manage stakeholders & cooperate with other product owners to align cross title features and initiatives.
  
• Ensure that all aspects of the product and its development (eg. Tracking of projects) are clear and understandable for the team and the company .
  
• Work closely with the analytics team to identify product development direction.
  
• Compose competitive analysis risk assessments and market trend data to ensure products stay relevant for users.
  

Who you are

Experience and skills

• Several years of experience as a product owner on midcore / core f2p mobile games or similar positions
  
• Passion for grand strategy titles
  
• User centric agile mindset
  
• Strategic & economic thinking
  
• Entrepreneurial approach
  
• Good flexible and pragmatic problem solving skills
  
• Motivating personality with strong communication skills (Team & Stakeholder Management)
  
• Analytics minded you fully understand and easily navigate with the the most common KPIs
  
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence or equivalent
  
• Bonus: Excellent knowledge of f2p monetization mechanics and their potential impact
