Audit all Construction Vendor submittedinvoices aiding in a fair and accurate accounting.
The selected candidate will be required to interface in a crossfunctionalteam environment and contribute independent ideas and participate in anefficient productive and effective team. They will be expected to;
review submitted Construction Vendorinvoices
provide a final dispositionconcerning the legitimacy of each billed unit
Resolve all deficiencies
Foster development of new processesand improvement of existing processes aiding in a fair and accurate accounting
Construction Vendor and Approver training
Rolesand Responsibilities:
Work to achieve team objectives adhereto current policies procedures and longrange strategies.
Plan coordinate and document specialprojects and ongoing program workflows to ensure efficiency and best practicesare incorporated into the final product.
24 years experience engaging with Construction Vendors and their related SOWs (Statement of Work).
Ability to read OSP constructiondrawings.
Ability to manage multipleprojects/tasks at the same time.
Ability to assess risk and makedecisions that can impact the business.
Experience using Microsoft Officeproducts with a focus on Excel
Experience using Varasset andSiteTracker
Experience using SharePoint basedapplications
Ability to participate in a crossfunctionalenvironment and contribute independent ideas to the discussion.
Ability to work independently

Other Details: This is a remote position and the length of assignment will start at one year with the possibility of being extended.
