ISO Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced ISO Desktop Support Specialist to join our client’s team immediately. This role is ideal for a techsavvy professional with a strong background in Active Directory and troubleshooting. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and are ready to contribute right away we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for internal users ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts groups and permissions in Active Directory.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop systems and applications.
- Document support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and compliance with ISO standards.
- Experience with Active Directory: Proven ability to manage user accounts permissions and group policies.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately upon offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in ISOcompliant environments is a plus but not required.
