What Youll Do:
- Deliver Stellar Support: Provide exceptional midlevel technical support ensuring our team and clients have the tools they need to succeed.
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in cloud administration with Microsoft 365 and Azure helping us optimize cloud solutions and enhance our digital landscape.
- Foster Communication: Use your strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and nontechnical staff ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Helpdesk Heroics: Focus on delivering topnotch helpdesk support troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Document and Train: Maintain accurate documentation for helpdesk procedures and systems. Provide training for new employees and endusers on IT tools and processes.
- Grow Your Skills: Embrace opportunities to expand into more significant cloud management responsibilities as you grow with us.
- Monitor and Secure Systems: Support system monitoring and assist with basic security measures like user access management and compliancerelated tasks.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT support and cloud administration particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
