Job Description
Amazon Connect team need resource with Telephony / IVR experience. This is a system administrator type role. Detailed requirements are below.
- Amazon Connect experience
- Ability to
- Read/interpret Visio call flow diagrams
- Add/change Quick Connects
- Read/interpret Contact Flows
- Add/change Dynamo DB records
- Requires basis PC skills
- Ability to troubleshoot audio setting issues
