Role Name: Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • Parttime Monday to Friday flexible during EST business hours

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage critical client documents with precision and care
  • Design and implement efficient workflows by integrating various applications
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
  • Take ownership of timeconsuming tasks transforming them into efficient processes
  • Work independently on assigned projects demonstrating initiative and problemsolving skills
  • Collaborate with USbased clients to understand and meet their unique needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and operational efficiency


Requirements

  • Proven experience in document management and processing
  • Proficiency in app integration and workflow automation tools
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Availability to work parttime (20 hours per week minimum)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Ability to align with US Eastern Time Zone working hours
