Job Description

As a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist you ll be the backbone of our client s insurance brokerage operations. You ll leverage your expertise in property and casualty insurance to process quotes manage client information and ensure smooth policy administration. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and technical skills allowing you to make a tangible impact on clients lives while working in a fastpaced growthoriented environment. Your bilingual abilities will be crucial in serving a diverse clientele and expanding the company s market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Process and compile insurance quotes for property and casualty policies focusing on home and auto coverage
  • Input and maintain accurate client data in company systems
  • Assist clients with policy payments and adjustments ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Support the sales team with efficient backend administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Juggle multiple quote requests simultaneously maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify insurance information and policy details ensuring compliance and correctness

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry particularly with property and casualty lines
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in insurance quoting software and database management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail especially in data entry and policy verification
  • Solid understanding of insurance terminology coverage types and policy structures
  • Adaptability to learn companyspecific processes and tools quickly
  • Comfortable handling multiple client requests (5 or more) concurrently
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and team collaboration
