Job Description
Job Title: Vendor Management System Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detailoriented Vendor Management System Analyst to ensure the efficient operation and enhancement of our Vendor Management System (VMS). Examine VMS data to uncover trends patterns and opportunities for enhancement. We need someone who has experience with different VMS platforms and knowledge of MSPs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a VMS Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of various VMS platforms (e.g. Beeline Fieldglass Coupa Workday VNDLY) and familiarity with system optimization techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
