Job Description

We have an Excellent Opportunity for Experienced Candidates for Telecaller Role. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team.

About Client:

Our Client is an Indian multinational ridesharing company It also operates in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: Telecaller/Customer Support

Prior experience in tele caller customer support or a similar role is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Selfmotivated.
Proficient in Hindi (mandatory) and knowledge of Hindi and Kannada (preferred).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Telegu is advantageous.
1 yr exp in Telecalling or customer support or any similar role.

Benefits

Salary: Max 2.64lpa

Shift: General (Candidate must be flexible to work as per process requirements)

Weekly Off: Roaster Off

Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Telegu is advantageous. 1+ yr exp in documents verification or similar role. Education should be equal to or above PUC (12th pass).

Education

Only male candidate. Min qualification: 12th+diploma/ITI/ graduation/post graduation Min experience: 1 year in an automobile industry in service sector.
