Job Description
Mortgage Wholesale Closer
Career Consulting Partners is working with one of the most successful Mortgage Lenders in the NonQM space. We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Wholesale Closer with recent experience in the wholesale space handling a nonconforming loan pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness before initiating the closing process.
- Prepare closing documents in compliance with company policies investor guidelines and federal/state regulations.
- Coordinate with brokers title companies attorneys and other stakeholders to arrange timely closings.
- Confirm all closing conditions and documentation are met including validation of financial details.
- Communicate with lenders borrowers and relevant parties to clarify and resolve any issues prior to closing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable TRID RESPA and other industry regulations.
- Review and authorize disbursement of funds and loan proceeds confirming adherence to closing instructions.
- Manage the postclosing process including final review and submission of loan packages to investors.
- Track and report on closing activities identifying any bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 35 years of experience as a mortgagecloser in wholesale mortgage lending with a focus on NonQM loans.
- Strong understanding of mortgage wholesaleproducts investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong broker relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
COMPENSATION &BENEFITS:
- Base Compensation: $65000 $75000

- Near the John Wayne Airport
- Hybrid after the initial 90120 probationary period.
