As a Client Services Lead (AU Mortgage Operations) you will play a vital role in strengthening partnerships with mortgage franchisees and brokers. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and brokers ensuring smooth management of relationships and alignment with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and prospective franchisees and brokers.
- Identify and address client needs proactively ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Growth Enablement
- Drive organic growth by supporting current franchisees/brokers and identifying opportunities to onboard new ones.
- Partner with sales teams to provide comprehensive insights during prospect calls enhancing client confidence in expertise.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost market penetration and revenue.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to stay ahead of industry trends.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Utilize extensive experience in Australian loan administration and mortgage broking to guide internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Offer insights and best practices to staff and clients to enhance performance and efficiency.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and design comprehensive programs to elevate team skills and knowledge.
- Create and implement training initiatives to upskill current team members and onboard new team members with no prior loan administration experience.
Team Management and Supervision
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure high productivity morale and compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert in loan administration and mortgage broking providing guidance through complex scenarios and client interactions.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Australian loan administration and mortgage broking operations with proven success in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Indepth knowledge of industry practices compliance standards and operational processes.
- Proven ability to build and sustain longterm client relationships while driving business growth.
- Expertise in developing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills inspiring confidence in stakeholders and prospects.
