Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Credit Analyst with an Australian lender or brokerage firm.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex concepts to customers and team members.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems database management and relevant mortgage software.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes or regulatory requirements.
