Job Description
Role: US IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter
No of Positions: 3
Location: Anna Nagar Chennai TN (Onsite only)
Description:
- We are seeking qualified professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter specializing in either Domestic or US IT recruitment.
- Possess technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search methodologies.
- Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2 1099 and Corp to Corp is highly advantageous.
- Must have good experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oorwin Zoho and Ceipal
- A clear understanding of Visa processes is highly desirable.
- Strong desire to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Holds a Bachelors degree in IT or MBA in HR or a relevant field preferred.
- Exhibits good communication skills a strong work ethic commitment and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
