Job Description
As a Shift Manager youll oversee daily operations focusing on efficient staff management and maintaining high standards. Your leadership will drive team performance ensuring a professional and seamless operation.

Your daily tasks will be
- Preparing break lists for upcoming shifts;
- Actively giving onthespot feedback on table performance and procedures providing positive support and coaching where needed;
- Managing any issues on the studio floor;
- Communicating with teams from various departments to ensure issues are identified and escalated quickly and effectively;
- Ensuring adherence to our procedures on the gaming floor;
- Completing checks of studio and casino equipment;
- Opening and closing all tables to ensure compliance;
- Overseeing all dealing and shuffling procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the casino;
- Encouraging and facilitating teamwork.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a Live Studio environment;
- Indepth knowledge of Live Studio operations and gaming procedures;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Familiarity with audio and video production technologies;
- Ability to handle stressful situations proactivity and informed decisionmaking skills;
- Ability to multitask in a busy demanding environment;
- Being a selfstarter and taking initiative;
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities staffing needs and unforeseen situations;
- Skill in effectively managing time and resources;
- Performance Management experience;
- Fluency in English;
- Keen attention to detail to oversee operational complexities and ensure accuracy;
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience for customers through exceptional service;
- Industry knowledge;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment understanding and respecting diverse perspectives;

- Sound Business Acumen.
