Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a team of developers communicate effectively with clients and manage project requirements.
Proficiency in German at B2 level or higher is mandatory for seamless collaboration with Clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients to gather refine and document project requirements.
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks and clear deliverables for the development team.
- Ensure smooth communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality maintainable and scalable code.
- Oversee and participate in testing processes to validate deliverables.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Advocate for best practices in project management and software development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software engineer of which at least one isin leadership role as tech lead or project manager.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand review and improve code quality.
- Handson experience with development code reviews and software testing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
