Die Cast Maintenance Tech
What youll do:
Support in Shop floor in the PU Process Create and update process documentation (SWI Process parameter control Setup) Support site activities to Autonomous Manufacturing Group. Adjust parameter according need Provide proper followup of Policy Deployment actions. Process improvement & Autonomous Manufacturing Center metrics. Analysis of variables & adjust process parameter PU Molding Experience in Injection PU Molding process and Assembly process PLC Knowledge Experience in Automation with Robot CAD / Solid Knowledge The Process Technical is key in the area your experience with PU Molding process help keep continues working the PU systems and he will adjust the parameters to eliminate the Scarp and down time. He will work to reduce the down time and will apply best practice and improvement implementation to increase the OEE and Performance in this area Improve the PPH by muda elimination and improvement the Robot movements s reduction by through data analysis SMED reduction improve the process to reduce the raw material cost in Injection process area development process parameter for new programs validate the new molds for PU area and debug the new part number.
What is required:
Metallurgic Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. Injection Molding process PU experience Excellent computer skills; Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word. PLM Knowledge. SolidWorks Knowledge . Auto CAD Knowledge
