Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Technical leader of development team
- Member of architecture group defining solutions to meet business needs
- Resolving technical problems within the team as they arise
- Keeping team unblocked and efficiently with high velocity
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams
- Informing various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
Required Skills:
- 810 years of experience as a Tech LeadSolution Architect or similar role
- Previous project management experience is advantageous
- Indepth understanding of C# .NET solution architecture
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
- Efficient communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong overall system architecture OS to Application tier
- Azure DevOps knowledge
