Job Description
Maintenance Engineer
What youll do:
Plan and execute the maintenance strategies to be applied to the sewing machines and their various devices of the same.
Help to eliminate and/or reduce downtime in the operation based on the applicable global and regional standards
Provide advanced technical support to ensure elimination and prevention of root causes.
Ensuring a good administration of the necessary tools and spare parts during preventive maintenance and efficient operation of the machines.
Responsible for the design planning execution and monitoring of machine improvement projects oriented to improve Safety systems Quality and Operation
Availability reduce costs (Spare parts reduce complexity systems).
Develop and maintain documentation for machines. (Troubleshooting guides Preventive Maintenance schedule Preventive Maintenance checklist technical work instructions)
Responsible for adding new spare parts on MRO inventory identify and classify critical spare parts set new min and max levels according to the operation needs.
What is required:
Bachelors degree inElectrical Electronic Mechanical or Industrial Engineer.
Advanced English
Previous experience in Automation and Mainetenance area
