You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Bilingual Property Maintenance Virtual Assistant to manage and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs. You will handle requests assign work orders track progress manage expenses and conduct inspections. Communication with tenants about schedules and issues is essential as well as being available for emergencies and urgent repairs. Accurate recordkeeping and ensuring tenant satisfaction are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with property managers to schedule routine maintenance and repairs for managed properties. Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and promptly.
Maintain relationships with thirdparty contractors repair technicians and service providers. Negotiate service contracts and oversee their performance to meet the companys standards.
Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Assign work orders to appropriate vendors track progress and ensure timely completion.
Monitor and control maintenance expenses to stay within budget limits while maintaining property quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards. Address any deficiencies promptly.
Generate maintenance reports performance metrics and cost analysis to provide insights for decisionmaking and improvement.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities vendor contracts and warranties. Keep all propertyrelated documents organized and uptodate.
Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance schedules access and issue resolution. Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent service.
Be on call to handle maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests collaborating with onsite staff or vendors to resolve issues swiftly.
Use virtual collaboration tools to coordinate and communicate with team members and vendors effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management maintenance coordination or a related field.
Prior remote work experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and property management software.
Knowledge of property maintenance repair procedures and vendor management.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
