Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful deployment of our products. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to utilize their expertise in engineering while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide presale technical consultation and support to prospective customers to demonstrate the value and integration process of Infini Domes products.
Deliver postsale customer support ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions into customer platforms.
Assist the President in managing daytoday customer relationships and operational tasks. Act as a technical liaison between the USbased customers and the product development team to ensure alignment of customer needs with Infini Domes solutions.
Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide handson support and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a related technical field with a focus on electronics integration.
Drone integration experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with GPS technology is a plus.
Electronics technician or engineer background is required.
Military experience (especially in the drone or GPS sector) is a significant advantage.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
