Role overview
Based in our Sydney office with the option of hybrid working and reporting to one of our Account Directors youll share responsibility for delivering the full gamut of ABM programmes and managing relationships with important Australian APAC and global customers including some of the worlds largest technology brands.
As an Account Manager at Agent3 you will:
- Manage the delivery of ABM programmes from start to finish delivering on time on budget and to client expectations
- Act as a key point of contact for the client working closely with both marketing and sales contacts to consult them on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress and results
- Manage junior team members helping them to make a difference and grow their careers.
- Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your main accounts working closely with senior colleagues
- Track project deliverables and help manage the teams resource allocations so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects.
- Analyse data and interpret insights to guide ABM initiatives
You will bring:
- 3 years of clientfacing delivery experience in an agency or an inhouse marketing role with experience running executive and partner engagement and/or leadgeneration campaigns in multiple markets
- Accountbased marketing (ABM) and/or B2B marketing experience is a bonus
- Management skills that allow you to work with local and global teams and to be a master of your own workflow
- The initiative to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of handson job requirements
- The ability to provide specialist advice to customers on the best approach available constructively challenging client briefs where required and bringing together our teams to deliver amazing work
- Time and project management capabilities allowing you to juggle multiple programme deliverables
