Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit train motivate and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations maintain high service standards and ensure smooth processes.
- Scheduling & Planning: Create rosters assign duties and ensure coverage during busy periods.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels ordering and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor food costs control expenses and achieve budget targets.
- Compliance: Perform opening and closing duties ensure safety standards and act as the first aid officer when needed.
- Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.
Qualifications
We re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Can work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Loves creating memorable customer experiences and ensuring a safe clean space for all.
- Is a people person warm genuine and dedicated to mentoring others.
- Has strong communication skills and can confidently interact at all levels.
- Is driven proactive and a natural problemsolver.
- Understands budgets and the impact of operational decisions.
- Can obtain a Working with Children s Check (if required).
