Job Description
Were looking for a seasoned Night Manager to lead our Front Office Team during the overnight shift. In this pivotal role youll oversee nightly operations manage accounting and audits reconcile transactions and produce financial reports. Your exemplary service will ensure guests feel welcome and their expectations are exceeded.
Youll also ensure the resorts safety and security with regular property checks and promote smooth communication between departments. By motivating your team and embodying Accors values youll help create a positive and efficient work environment.
Annual Salary: $.5% Superannuation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
