Join Our Team as a Content Moderator!
Languages Required: Norwegian English
Start Date: December 5 2024
Location: Thessaloniki Greece (OnSite)
Work Schedule: 24/7 (3 rotating shifts; night shifts are only about 15% of the timeroughly 3 nights a month!)

What Youll Do:
As a Content Moderator youll be our online superhero ensuring safe and engaging experiences for users. Your mission: apply content policies and handle moderation like a pro! If youve got a keen eye for detail and a knack for interpreting digital conversations youll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Dive into various types of digital contentvideos images and textto keep it all above board.
- Content Scoring: Use your judgment to assess content based on guidelines (think ageappropriateness violence and political transparency).
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of interactions complaints and resolutionstransparency is our mantra!

- Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow moderators to tackle challenges and maintain our high standards.
Who Were Looking For:
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in operations or customer service environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalentyour experience counts!
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).

- Interpersonal Skills: Youve got empathy and a good cultural understanding of the market.
