As aTeam Leader...
youll lead a team of content moderators for a top Social Network platform providing coaching motivation and guidance to help them excel. Youll play a key role in developing your teams skills and ensuring they succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Your 5 key responsibilities:
Team Management:Supervise a team of content moderators ensuring the review and moderation of usergenerated content (text images videos) on the platform.
Performance Monitoring:Continuously monitor team performance against KPIs addressing any shortfalls and ensuring targets are met.
Coaching & Development:Coach motivate and develop Advisors providing continuous skill development and career growth opportunities.
Recognition & Motivation:Recognize and reward outstanding team performance ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
Issue Resolution:Communicate client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to improve client satisfaction.

What were looking for:
Fluent level of the Finnish language (C1/C2)
Good English(at least C1)both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content that may violate policies.
High Level of SelfMotivation and Analytical Thinking
Above average target achievement in the most important project KPIs.
EU Citizenship or Valid Work Permit for Greece
Education: Preferably a College Degree and/or Related Work Experience
