Job Description

Talent Masters is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm in the Miami area renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and employee development. Role Description/Duties:

  • Represent clients in business and commercial litigation handling cases independently.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial litigation team to deliver strategic case management.
  • Manage litigation proceedings from initiation through resolution with a clientfocused approach.

Qualifications:

  • JD and active Florida Bar license required.
  • Minimum 6 years of full litigation experience with at least 75% focused on business and commercial litigation.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problemsolving skills.
