Large and wellrespected Restoration and Reconstruction company is looking for an experienced Vice President of Commercial and National Sales to join their team based out of Nashville/Lebanon TN. Candidate does not have to relocate. Can live in any market of the United States.
The Vice President of Commercial and National Sales is responsible for promoting and selling franchise services within an assigned territory with a primary focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role involves developing and growing a commercial customer base by utilizing a structured business development process fostering relationships with key prospects and leveraging marketing strategies to expand brand presence. The VP is expected to monitor job performance provide accurate service estimates and ensure client satisfaction through active
engagement and networking. This role also includes managing national accounts and responding to business leads while attending relevant industry events.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and target new clients while managing key accounts to increase market position.
• Cultivate relationships with prospects handle ongoing negotiations and manage all facets of account relationships.
• Track job/claim information to meet service agreements and client expectations.
• Regular networking oneonone engagements and marketing through various platforms (emails LinkedIn etc.).
• Participate in associations continuing education and client appreciation events.
• Attend national and regional conventions trade shows and sponsorship events to promote services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and qualify leads.
• Maintain job tracking records and execute local responses to urgent opportunities.
• Meet KPI’s based on MSA’s signed relationships made and work/bids retained.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
• Minimum of 10 years of businesstobusiness sales experience.
• Experience in sales marketing and account management ideally within the service commercial cleaning restoration or insurance sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a resultsdriven attitude.
• Excellent sales customer service communication and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with current business software technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing business or equivalent experience.
• Primarily officebased with travel up to 90% mostly local with occasional outofarea or overnight travel.
Salary & Benefits
• $150000 to $200000 DOE with unlimited potential through commission.
