Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a boutique aesthetic clinic in Riyadh KSA. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Spa Therapist who is wellversed in spa services massage techniques facials and hair treatments providing clients with a unique and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of therapeutic massages to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

Perform specialized facial treatments using clinicapproved techniques and products.

Administer hair treatments ensuring optimal scalp and hair health.

Maintain a serene and welcoming spa environment for clients.

Educate clients on skincare hair care and aftercare to enhance the results of each treatment.

Adhere to health safety and hygiene standards in all practices.

Requirements

Certification or diploma in spa therapy massage or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a luxury spa or aesthetic clinic.

Proficiency in Korean therapeutic techniques is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and a customeroriented approach.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple clients effectively.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 5 years of management experience, specifically within an aesthetic clinic. - Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams. - Proficient in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with healthcare laws, policies, and industry best practices. - Ability to implement and monitor OSH policies to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
