Job Description

As a Bookkeeper you ll play a crucial role in managing financial records for various small businesses across the country. Working remotely you ll utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial data create detailed spreadsheets and support highlevel financial management tasks. This position offers unique exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced CFO providing invaluable learning experiences and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise data entry in QuickBooks Online for multiple clients
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial spreadsheets
  • Execute bank and account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage daytoday bookkeeping tasks for a diverse portfolio of small businesses
  • Collaborate with the CFO on various financial management projects
  • Adapt to different client needs and industryspecific requirements


Requirements


  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and spreadsheet software
  • Proven experience in data entry and financial recordkeeping
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Selfmotivated with ability to manage multiple clients independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and processes as needed
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
