Our Company a systems integration firm is looking for a Zoho Administrator to lead our clients in implementing Zohos business suite into their existing business structures.
Job Tasks
- Manage configure and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms
- Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes including module customization workflow automation blueprint creation and data management
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes
- Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations workflows and reports within Zoho applications
- Collaborate with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms formulas and KPIs for the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and configuring Zoho One products including Zoho CRM Desk Sign Projects Sprints Analytics Billing Inventory Books Creator and other related applications
- Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes Responsibilities
