We re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with knowledge of Zoho and accounting principles to join our team. If you re detailoriented organized and have a knack for numbers this role is for you!
- Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books and other systems.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts bank statements and financial data regularly.
- Support Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Compliance: Ensure records are maintained in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Generate Reports: Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and other management reports.
- Assist with Audits: Provide support during financial audits or tax filings.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Zoho Expertise: Handson experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho applications is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining errorfree records.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain financial information clearly to nonfinancial team members.
- Education: A degree in accounting finance or a related field is a plus.
