Job Description

This is a remote position.

We re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with knowledge of Zoho and accounting principles to join our team. If you re detailoriented organized and have a knack for numbers this role is for you!

  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books and other systems.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts bank statements and financial data regularly.
  • Support Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Compliance: Ensure records are maintained in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Generate Reports: Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and other management reports.
  • Assist with Audits: Provide support during financial audits or tax filings.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.


Requirements

  • Experience: Previous bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Zoho Expertise: Handson experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho applications is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining errorfree records.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain financial information clearly to nonfinancial team members.
  • Education: A degree in accounting finance or a related field is a plus.
