Job Description

Our client is an established provider of IVF Laboratory equipment on an international scale. They are seeking talent to join their highly successful sales team within the Gauteng region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Dealer Sales Strategies
  • Dealer Performance Management
  • Support Dealers with Sales and Marketing Efforts
  • Product Training for Dealers
  • Dealer Network Expansion
  • Weekly Sales Planning and Reporting
  • Support Dealer Sales Processes
  • Monitor Market and Competitor Activity
  • Dealer Relationship Management
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
  • Attend to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours and followup on quotations within 48 hours
  • Load leads quotes and clients onto Reddot and update opportunities on Reddot
  • Tenders
  • Attend Industry Events and Dealer Meetings


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement.
  • A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.
  • Any medical and marketing qualifications would be a definite advantage.


Experience
Required


  • Medical experience is a preference and previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the target group of customers will be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency on MS Office specifically Excel (level 2 at least) and MS Word is a requirement for this position.
  • Clinical and product knowledge will be a definite advantage.
  • Existing relationships with customer base will be a definite advantage.
