Job Title: Content Quality Specialist (German and English) Join a Global Tech Project!
Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment Type: FullTime rotative 40 hours a week OnSite
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 10:00 PM (Rotating Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

What Youll Do:
As a Content Quality Specialist your role is critical in reviewing analyzing and moderating digital content to maintain and uphold the platforms high standards. You will:
- Monitor & Review: Screen and assess usergenerated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and industry standards.
- Content Decision Making: Evaluate flagged content and decide on the best course of action balancing the needs of users and the community.
- Engage with HighSensitivity Issues: Address sensitive and complex content with empathy accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate to Succeed: Work closely with a dynamic team setting goals sharing insights and achieving performance targets together.
What Youll Bring:
- German (C2) and English (B2) Proficiency is Required for clear and effective communication.
- Strong Analytical Skills Ability to assess content critically and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail Capable of identifying nuances in content to ensure guideline compliance.
- Adaptability Able to work in a fastpaced environment and manage challenging content with resilience.
